Emergency Care
If you or someone in your family has a dental problem requiring immediate attention, we will always attempt to see you the same day when possible. We are proud of our ability to respond quickly to urgent situations. In fact, if there is no other way to solve the problem, we will make arrangements to see you even when the office is technically closed.
In an emergency, our front desk staff are trained to ask a series of questions designed to help us to be properly prepared for your arrival. We are aware that at times this process can be frustrating, however, the questions are important, and we ask that you be patient.
CEREC CAD/CAM one-appointment porcelain crowns

We can now fabricate many single unit crowns on site in one visit using state-of-the-art CEREC technology. There is no second visit or need for temporary crowns in many situations. After tooth preparation, we use a special camera to take images of the tooth, and a computer is used to make a virtual 3-dimensional model of your tooth. We are then able to manipulate the image in order to custom design a crown to fit perfectly with the rest of your teeth. The computerized images are sent to a milling machine, which mills each crown individually in less than 10 minutes. The crown is cemented, and ready for use immediately in most cases!
