Scholarship Application
The Martin W. Layman, DDS and Associates Scholarship was started in 2006, and is awarded to the outstanding senior applicant from Streetsboro High School. Applicants will be evaluated on academics, community service, extracurricular activities, and a short essay. While interest in health care professions is not required, applicants with such an interest will be favorably considered.

- Once completed, please submit your application to the Streetsboro High School Guidance Counselor's Office.
Outreach and Awards
At Martin W. Layman, DDS and Associates, we strive to make our community a better place to work and live. We are proud that our office:
- Participated in and raised money for Pedal With Pete (2010 and 2011) to raise money for cerebral palsy research
- Participates in Ohio Dental Options in which care is discounted or donated depending on patient financial eligibility
- Awards Layman Dental Scholarship in amount of $1000 to outstanding senior applicant from Streetsboro HS on yearly basis
- Sponsors multiple youth activities yearly
- Donates many door prizes and sponsors many charitable fundraising events, including “Hats off for Hattie”
- Awarded Streetsboro Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award (2009)
